2017 Leadership Forum

Event Description:

Join Synergy Solution Group in Aurora, CO on October 8-12th for the 2017 Leadership Forum. The three and a half day program will include guest speaker Matt Todd from Pac Crest Business Engineering (PCBE) with his program How to Be a Great Boss Through Leadership, Management, and Accountability. Eight mentors will be working with a small group of attendees to facilitate discussions based on Matt’s topics and sharing their years of industry and leadership experience. In addition, all participants will receive the results from a self assessment and a 360 degree peer feedback survey. The mentors will be helping each attendee understand their survey results and create an individual action plan to help with their personal leadership goals and objectives. We’ll also have four Millennial mentors who will be working with all of the attendees on a peer-to-peer level through team building activities.

Logistics:

Synergy has contracted a block of rooms with theWoolley’s Classic Suites at the discounted rate of $174/night. Once you’ve completed the registration we will add your name to the rooming list and will make your room reservation for you. A week prior to the meeting you will receive an email containing your hotel confirmation along with other details for the session.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you will be coming in early or staying later than the meeting dates. To ensure we give the correct food and beverage count to the hotel, restaurants, and other partners, we ask that you make any cancellations at least a week prior to the session. Cancellations that occur less than a week prior to the session will be charged the full registration fee.
